Two of us had long thought about this route, and the third reminded himself that the only regretted adventures were the ones he did not take. So “i tre capelli bianchi” (the three white hats, I think) set out on a wonderful walk.
I took along a “real” camera too, an SLR with a superzoom lens. It allowed some shots that the iPhone could not match. All things considered, however, the phone was more convenient, and not so bad. You decide. The geotagging feature was nice for connecting our route to Google Earth.
